    • Rita Altamore (PHER) April 16, 2010 4:24:55 PM EDT PHER discussed the M&C at our 4/16 meeting. We voted to approve and to ask that PHER be explictly listed in the section "Formal Relationships with Other HL7 Groups".
    • Melvin Reynolds (DEV) April 13, 2010 10:49:32 AM EDT The principle and general scope is precisely what is needed. However,:
      • the text of paragraph 1 in the Charter is incomplete;
      • In "Formal Relationship with Groups Outside of HL7" the response of "None" is clearly not meaningful because some aspects of the "Work Products ..." are governed by regulatory considerations not covered in the external relationships "... Other HL7 Groups".
      • With suitable completion and consideration of the relationship issues the M&C will be heartily endorsed by DEV.
  • Email thread:

Dear Austin,

Thanks for the clarification - resolution of issues accepted by Devices.

Best regards,

Melvin.
