3. (10 min) Review/Approve RASCI (Responsible, Accountable, Supportive, Consulted, Informed) chart: Draft RASCI chart. We approve the approach and a first draft chart. We will ask the TSC take an action item to put together a RASCI chart for the entire organization in a collaborative way with the work groups. We would like the RASCI approach to used for other new, cross-cutting activities. If top-down guidance does not make sense to volunteers, they will stop participating.
