Motion: To request that the TSC amend the DSTU publication instruction to defer the decision on rollback pending the outcome of the review. Woody/Andy Discussion: Woody raised concerns in presenting the above motion that the changes had been out for a week-10 days and that implementers would be impacted by a rollback. Paul indicated that he’d made the motion to move the content, typos and associated material, to review on the prior Wednesday, April 2, and that the publication occurred on Thursday April 3. He further questioned how reversing changes which were not supposed to be material to the standard would impact implementers. After considerable discussion Woody requested withdrawal of the motion. The participants were to review what the changes and impacts were to inform decisions.
