   1. Just to follow up on some outstanding ITS items:
   3. Idle ballot items include those found at the Work Group's Reports page for Ballot Reports under "review for potential issues" at http://www.hl7.org/Special/committees/tsc/BallotManagement/Reports/IdleBallotItems_by_wgid.cfm?wg_id=36 .
   5. Among these remain XML Implementation Technology Specification for RIM Serializations, Release 1 (project 627) which, while it has reconciliation posted it has not submitted a Request to Publish. The template for this request can be found at http://www.hl7.org/permalink/?PublicationRequestTemplate . It does not appear to have been included in NE2011 without the formalization of the request to publish.
   7. We have requested guidance from FTSD as to next steps to remove remaining negative prior to publication.
   9. Project 316 was referenced for the V3 Structures R2 ballot of May 2010. However, since the May publication we separated out of the unpublished ballots report those normative ballots for which a recirculation ballot would be necessary in order to publish. The template for submitting this request is at http://www.hl7.org/documentcenter/public/procedures/HL7_Recirculation_Request_Template.doc .
   11. • Project 316 has also balloted V3 XML Implementation Technology Specification for V3 Data Types 1.1, Release 1 in January 2010, which has a reconciliation package and could submit a request to publish.
