Stephen Chu (PCWG) Tuesday, October 13, 2015 10:56:19 PM GMT | "PCWG has a question: Will this standard be made available publicly at no cost?" |
Michael Padula Friday, October 9, 2015 1:53:41 PM GMT | Could there be clarification as to whether the content of Birth and Fetal Death Reporting (for which there is an IHE Profile: http://www.ihe.net/uploadedFiles/Documents/QRPH/IHE_QRPH_Suppl_BFDR-E_Rev1.0_PC_2014-06-06.pdf - which includes maternal, delivery, birth hx) is in/out of scope? I presume it is not. A neonatal death (death of an infant in the first 28 days of life - US Realm) would follow all of the same elements outlined in http://www.ihe.net/uploadedFiles/Documents/QRPH/IHE_QRPH_Suppl_VRDR.pdf |
