With calls that are only an hour long, we will make progress only if we are well prepared for the calls, and have clear recommendations to make decisions on.

The following are suggestions as to how we can make best use of that time.

  • Standing reports should be submitted to the list and added to the wiki. Anyone on the committee may ask for agenda time to be allocated to discuss an issue raised, either on the next call if urgent, or at some future date. The standing report will be annotated to indication that such a discussion is planned, and point to the relevant meeting page.
  • All agenda items should be supported by a document that includes a recommendation to the TSC as to what action it should take, along with alternatives where appropriate
