Emma Jones - Monday, November 27, 2017 From Patient Care: This does raise a question of whether there should be an obligation on the part of sponsoring WGs to provide explanatory materials and education/presentations that enable the workgroups of HL7 or at least the workgroups of the steering division to vote on the project. Otherwise, the validity of the balloting process and particularly the assertion of valid consensus groups is in question. | |||
