Comments
  • With respect to the CDA comment, the HQMF and QDM or CQL-based HQMF IGs are RIM elements and not patient specific. Therefore, the projects address RIM templates. However, the corresponding patient reports (individual - QRDA Category I, aggregate - QRDA Category III) do use CDA templates. Therefore, the statement still applies as is. - 11/10/16 8:47 AM - Floyd Eisenberg
  • In response to the comment regarding the EHRWG, these projects have been in existence for a number of years and the concept is to address, through RIM concepts, what should be available in EHRs. We will ask the EHRWG if they are interested in becoming an interested party. - 11/10/16 8:46 AM - Floyd Eisenberg
  • The project scope is to "describe the content required within EHRs to measure quality and performance and maintain safety standards", and yet EHRWG is not even an interested party. Has discussions been held with EHRWG on this project? This project will also describe "set of CDA and RIM templates developed to describe each of the QDM elements", yet no information or link to external source to explain why and how CDA templates are use. Suggest provide relevant information. - 26/09/16 5:46 PM Stephen Chu (PCWG)
