COMMENTS: Todd Cooper (DEV) - Joginder: I remember that there was some discussion in the Administrative SD about FM WG involvement - at this point, there are two of their co-chairs who are on the listserv for this project; so I would assume that they will engage that group as appropriate as we move forward.
