4. (15 min) Harmonization THIS WEEK and in July There will be a Harmonization on Thursday's facilitator's round table despite lack of announcement at the TSC. Last harmonization call was only two hours. Ted notes that additional harmonization meetings were needed so the WGM harmonization function at the facilitators' roundtable will provide those
   • Dale notes that there is a ballot needing to submit a number of harmonization proposals. Woody notes they can submit for six weeks from now (June 15) but not for Thursday. The new webmaster will need to get a harmonization event opened on the site for proposals to be submitted. They should open right now and close June 15, open for final proposals at another date, etc. Lynn notes that they should email webmaster@hl7.org for those who are covering Mike's former duties. Deadline for receipt of initial proposals and for receipt of final proposals three weeks later.
