  5. Discussion topics:
    • Will TSC members be available Monday April 4th (Spring Break)?
  6. Reports: (attach written reports below from Steering Divisions et al.)
    • From Charlie: The ArB did make the submission deadline of the (canonical) SAIF Book to be on the next ballot cycle. It was a joint effort with multiple people writing different chapters and Tony Julian pulling together the final formatted version today (Sunday) for an on-time submission. The ArB wants to acknowledge the part the TSC played in this effort by the TSC’s “gentle nudge” in Sydney that the ArB try very hard to produce a coherent document for submission for Informative ballot in the cycle leading to the May WG meeting. I suspect that without that external nudge, the coordinated effort around a single well-defined goal, there wouldn’t be a canonical SAIF Book in the current cycle.

      • Bob joins the call, thinks Floyd may not make it in time for ballot anyway. Provisional means we approve it so it can go to ballot pending any issues raised by cochairs during the review period. They are requesting an alternate open date as well, so it won’t open with the rest of the ballot. If anyone on the TSC receives concern or comments please forward to rest of TSC and we’ll bring it through for discussion.
