Stephen Chu (PCWG) Wednesday, December 9, 2015 5:25:58 AM GMT This appears to be a multi-component project. Each component appears to be significant in the volume of work. The milestone target dates (Section 3.g.) are confusing - showing 2014 and 2015 dates (October) with publishing of IG set for Jan 2016. If the project is already well in advance, why is it seeking approval at this late stage?
