- TSC needs to pick up on this to see how HL7 will adopt; some pilot projects to create examples and gain feedback. May need to add a facilitator role to help co-chairs with the process.

- Alean: patient demographics, example of patient name typically required though with anonymized data, PHR, ability to suppress a field may be an appropriate example for security framework.
- Lillian: flyers on table to request meeting room space for May – please let her know if you are not planning to meet in May. Deadline is Jan 29th, one week from Friday – coordinate with other groups for hosting.
- Steering Division meetings are encouraged to think about how to make the SDs more effective and efficient.
